Is Nimrod the Thamizh god Murugan?

Nimrod of the Bible (Genesis 11) is also Marduk of the Babylonians (that emerged after the descendants of Noah stopped building the tower of Babel after other languages cropped up). Marduk is suggested to be none other than Murugan, the god of the Marudham region of the Thamizhar. Marudhamalai (Marudhu’s hill) in Coimbatore (South India) is considered one of the six abodes of Murugan. (Kovanpudur – a new settlement by Tharai-Kon).

Thamizhar divided their land into five regions (thinai) scientifically based on the terrain, flora and fauna of the landmass. Kurinji (mountain), Mullai (forest), Marudham (farmland), Neithal (seashore) and Paalai (desert). Marudhu set fire to the palm trees of the Mullai region to cultivate Thinai and Valli Kizhangu.

Marduk was known for a dragon he had slain that had the head and tail of a snake, horns of a goat, the legs of the cock and peacock. Some researchers suggest that Marduk is himself the original dra-gon, the very word derived from Thamizh Tharai + Kon – King of the plains. He taught the people self-defence from the fast growing population of man-eating animals using the spear (Vel - murugan). (The Bible calls the Dragon the Old Serpent – the antagonist in His-story – but has been given different names in the various parts of the then world – as Dagon by the Philistines, as Amun Ra by the Egyptians, Amman by the Ammonites, Bel / Baal (Peyaal) by Canaanites, Melek Tawwus (one of the seven fallen angels) of Yezidis / Kurds of Iraq

Murugan also instituted the worship of the Phallus / Ashera (the organs of progeny of man) to encourage fast growth of human population. Murugan also introduced the worship of the ancestors as gods and goddesses (that Adam wanted).

He claimed to be one of the seven stars of the Pleiades (Karthika) constellation that descended to the earth (after it became invisible to the naked eye after the flood) and took the name Karthikeyan. (There is a similar story in the Mesopotamian religion with Ishtar and Thammuz).

In fact, Thammuz is the word Thamizh twisted by the European historians. Thammuz is still retained by the Jews as the name of one of their months (as well as Sivan).
